Somebody Please Help Me

i have been trying to install a picaflor-azul template for 3 days now...I finally c the template in the admin panel under tools and I even hit the reset button....but when i go to my site....kiascreativeexpressions.com...none of the graphics appear...all I c is a blank page with a few flowers on the background...

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??????????????????????????????..im pretty tech savy but can't seem to figure this one out.

and i am using the latest zc version...geesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't see anything either
It's "down for maintenance" at the moment
Take it out of "maintenance" mode so we can see whats happening

cinnamon457 - from what I can see, it looks like you have installed the template in the correct folders...

This is so aggravating...I've been playing around with this all day...

I removed the down 4 maintenance, but still nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Looking at your site, it appears that you have a commercial template (14884) activated.

True...so why isnt the template showing???????????

In your Admin -> Tools -> Layout Boxes Controller ->
Does it say Column Boxes 14884 ?

And do you have any sideboxes with the 'on' status?

If understood correctly, because your template isn't activated. Otherwise if you have tried to merge the two templates, then there is a conflict.

I really appreciate u guys helping me out...I had 2 step out 4 bout an hour...I will b back on later 2 check my settings...hopefully y'all will b available 2 help me out..my head hurts
