Where is the file to hard code extra words into title for the category/product pages?

I need to hard code page titles. For example someone clicks on a car from the home page. They go to the category page. Currently the page title is whatever was put into that category. I need to include the word Model.

Then from the Model page they click on a part. The current page title is the name of that part. I need Product hard coded in that page. I don't know which files to edit.
