How to replace the Filter Results By: with a search box

I need to replace Filter Results by: with a search box. How do I do that?

I interpreted it this way:


Admin -> Tools -> Layout Boxes Controller

Column Boxes YOUR_TEMPLATE

sideboxes/search_header.php

Edit Box
Please make any necessary changes
Box Name: search_header.php

Left/Right Column Status:
ON OFF

Location: (Single Column ignores this setting)
LEFT RIGHT

Left/Right Column Sort Order:

Single Column Sort Order:

Single Column Status:
ON OFF

UPDATE

This will give you a search box in your header.

That isn't where I was wanting to put it. Needs to be the same location as Filter Results by: which is currently located under the category description
