Denmark postcode format 1, min length 4, but 5 digits required

shows Demkark having a Zencart postcode
format of 1.

In my Locations/Taxes configurations, I've
confirmed that Denmark's address format
is presently set to a value of 1

Also, in my Configuration settings I have a
minimum postcode length value of 4.

When my Copenhagen client tries ordering,
she claims the site is asking her for a
5 character length postcode. What needs to
be changed?
