duplicate music products

I need help I cannot get the music products to duplicate.
Have tried editing admin.products_music.php and admin.includes.modules.products_music.copy_to_confirm.php and
.update_product.php.
When I try to copy(duplicate) a product all the collect_info spaces are there but no information has been inserted.
I have added extra info to the general and music products. Everything is working but the music product copy-duplication.
What other files handle duplicating a music product. I have no problem with the general listings they duplicate fine.

Also, I have never received an answer on how to get the $letter_count & $letter_price (Calculated Charges) to appear on the shopping cart page. As they appear after you add the item to the cart and they rappear on the product page. I wish to have this information available in the shopping cart.

Any help with either problem would be much appreciated.

It would be helpful to know what other modules or addons you have installed or if the cart is stock... and a link to a product page that is causing you grief.

The addons that would effect the admin product page are Ultimate SEO2.212, Numinix Product Fields, Dropshipcore, Pickupman Related Products.
I cannot send a link to the problem since it is in the admin section.

If I activate the product all the information is viewable on the catalog page(customer page).

There is also a collect_info file that populates/prepopulates your admin page with what is in the record. If the doesn't have it's own unique version of this, then the default version is attempted/used. This may be part of the problem.m are you also getting any error logs in your logs folder when attempting to either access these copied products that don't seem to show data in the admin, but do show data in the store, or when attempting to copy the music products?
