You have numerous files that were out of date and files from the Admin copied to your Catalog that should be cleaned up ...

The
/includes/confguration.php

had also been overwritten with an old:
/your_secret_admin/includes/configure.php

The Orders now seem to complete without the errors when the Discount Coupon for 100% is used, after the majority of these issues were resolved ...

You should test your site for regular orders as well as staff orders to ensure everything is working properly ...
