Tried it on different computer and I have same effect.

Not sure which template file(s) to look in to find the potential hard coding of the old server name, but the default install of that template doesn't require hard coding. What is the history of getting to responsive sheffield blue as the template? (Upgrades, etc. How were they performed?)
I pasted it into directory and installed it in admin as main theme. Had little bit of changes but nothing main to hardcode something with "domainname" in it.
    Here is my template http://speedy.sh/gw2Ad/sheffield-blue.zip

Unfortunately at moment unable to download and review the posted file. Were the updates identified in the forum applied to the template? (One affects the includes/templates/responsive_sheffield_blue/common/tpl_header.php file.)

Also, once you navigate to another page, everything works as expected, correct? What if you then select the "home" option from either the mega menu or the logo? (Try both) same result for both cases?

May need to post your configure.php file with database username and passwords removed.

You've set up your domain by configuring some sort of "Frame Forwarding" to create the domain.
That basically makes one domain show another domain inside a frame on the other domain's page.
You can't do that with Zen Cart. And you especially can't do that if you're trying to collect payment on your site, because it violates security rules.

Go into your hosting configuration and change your new domain to be its own domain, WITHOUT frame-forwarding.

I'm glad the doctor stepped in. I saw that and thought, huh why don't I have the frame tag in that template? Never used it, didn't know what it was. At least in this context.
