No matter what I select in the Shipping Modules section of Admin, the only shipping method offered in the store is Free Shipping. Yet Free Shipping is not even installed now.

I activated that method this morning and then deactivated it and then uninstalled it.

If I disable all Shipping Methods in Admin, then the customer sees the message "We are not shipping to your location at this time".

But if I enable any other Shipping Method, it just displays Free Shipping
