Never mind. I had to disable Free Shipping in the Order Total=>Shipping module as well

Yes they do thanks. It seems that activating Free Shipping in the Order Total modules completely disables any other shipping method in the Shipping modules.

In Order Total, the use of Free Shipping is say someone purchases $100 worth of goods, then you won't charge any shipping. I assume that means that they will receive their item at the speed at which you offer free shipping... I haven't allowed free shipping under those conditions, but that's the concept.

If you want to allow free shipping for other reasons (like not offering any shipping what-so-ever), then do that under modules shipping. the Order_totals portion need not be activated.

I imagine that the ot_shipping.php file could be modified to change that, but seems like if it's going to be free, then it goes the way the store owner wants it not necessarily by the guest choosing an option. (Possible to add other field boxes to modify that aspect).
