Those appear to be fine but your headers and links appear to be hard coded for your Live site with /catalog/ and and other files that run directly off your domain that are most likely causing your problems ...

It's a bit unusual to have a path like this with no leading set of folders before it. Not impossible, but very rarely done that way.
