Those appear to be fine but your headers and links appear to be hard coded for your Live site with /catalog/ and and other files that run directly off your domain that are most likely causing your problems ...

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/yourusername/public_html/catalog-new/');

define('DIR_FS_DIR_FS_LOGS', '/home/yourusername/public_html/catalog-new/logs');

define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/yourusername/public_html/catalog-new/cache');

in each of your files ...
