UpdateIt seems that the problem is the length of description if I write more than 4 lines (about) my description doesn't work if less it works ...I can't understand what it's happened ...maybe a php upgrade ?

This doesn't sound like a typical problem associated with a php update, and I'm not even going to take a guess what is causing this specific problem. What I will say though is that if you are using ZenCart V1.3.0 and PHP V5.5.7 (as stated in a later posting) I'm actually surprised that your store is functioning at all.

Seriously. I know that upgrading ZenCart be a bit of a pain and quite troublesome at times, but it really must be done because it is just a matter of time before something beyond your control gets updated that will bring your site to a crashing halt. It is best to update before this happens, if it hasn't already.

Apologies for not being able to provide the solution you are looking for.

    Cheers

Did you try the solution in post#4 of that thread?

This certainly appears that it is applicable to your situation.
