For some reason ZenCart won't load when I go to the usual URL.

I have no idea why it's not working. Anyone have any ideas?

Could be a number of reasons, but now that you have posted your admin directory, you need to change it immediately.

Check your logs folder for any errors and see if they are preventing access.

Btw, not sure which uri rewriter you have installed and it's requirements, but if your .htaccess has a rewritecond statement that includes your admin directory, then that will need to be modified also in the above rename.

Also, what specifically is the problem? Unable to get to that screen, or does it not accept your credentials? Or when credentials provided does it not work from there?

Ok. It works now. It turns out we ran out of space on the server and just had to delete some backups to free up space and now its working again. Whew!

Ok. It works now. It turns out we ran out of space on the server and just had to delete some backups to free up space and now its working again. Whew!

Should still rename your admin directory, especially now that it works and in the future post that portion as something like /MYADMIN/ or just /admin/ <- thist one would be invalid for anyone to try anyways, as system requires it named otherwise.

This forum does not allow editing a post after a specified period of time has elapsed.

Even if one "could" edit the previous post, chances are visitors to this site (and possibly search engines) have already seen your "admin" folder name. So best to just change the folder name anyways.

NOTE: A moderator could change your previous post to "hide" the admin folder name, but the above still applies.
