Are there any JavaScript errors on the page?

We've also been told that mod_security can cause conflicts with the template configuration. Please have your host check into that. They may need to disable the mod or adjust the security rules.

Yes Numinix, you were right and it was an issue caused by the mod_security... I got in touch with namecheap.com, they have white listed the necessary rules and the template configuration now works as expected.

Great and prompt support from both Numinix and Namecheap... excellent

This is a very wonderful template and I plan to use it for my next upgrade to 1.5.3

Currently I am testing it, and would like your help to resolve it.

The in Categories (Header)menu the second level box opens from top ( and it's height is equal to Category 1 level Box),

I want it to do following:

1) open right adjacent to parent category
2) Size of Category Level 2 Box to be relative to number of category only, (not full box)

Currently it is like this:



I want it to look like this.



Please help!

I tried Firefox Inspect element also, and it shows it as inline css.

I would really appreciate is anyone can help me with this small thing (i hope it is small CSS change somewhere).

i have just installed this template and all is well front end
but now when i try to login to my admin side (backend i cannot find it all i am getting is WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.
this did not happen before until i installed this template
i accessed my admin area buy url mydomain.com/adminname but if i type in this now all i get is WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again. so cannot access the admin backend
any ideas
admin file is there so is login .php and index.php

Take a look at your error logs located in the /logs/ directory. There is a fatal error that needs to be addressed.

Hi,

I think this is the same issue as post #188.

I quickly restored the admin as follows:

1. Open admin\includes\installers\tableau\1_3_2.php in a txt editor.
2. Comment out (//) lines 2 & 22 then save the file. Now try admin again.

Worked for me. I don't know if this has any negative impact elsewhere but it solves my issue with no apparent affect. My template installed correctly up to current version 1.3.4 and appears fine. Maybe Numinix might be able to advise.

Also if Numinix is able to help, will you be releasing an update for this template for Zencart 1.5.4??
