My ZC is so SLOW ..?

My Zen Cart site has become so slow, its almost unusable ... its version 1.3.9. The folk at the server tell me that it's not them / that, but I am not so sure. Is there any way of checking it, or have someone check it to see what is happening with it ? I have not changed anything, only reduced the data kept there .. its http://mixmasters.ruciak.net/catalog/

I can't even get your store to load, I tried to do a speed test but that gives a load error too. I'd start by asking your host again, have them try to view your site then let them try to tell you it's not their issue...

Is your admin as bad as the front end?
Take a look at admin->server->Server up time
and post what your "load average:" is?

It took an eternity to get http://www.mixmasters.com.au/catalog to load. Your link http://mixmasters.ruciak.net/catalog/ does not load at all.

When I am at mixmasters.com.au/catalog and hover over some links it shows me mixmasters.ruciak.net/catalog

My guess is that you have some misconfiguration in your includes/configure.php file(s)

Please post these 2 files here (minus sensitive information such as user, password DB etc) and also let us know where your store files are actually located (at the subdomain mixmasters.ruciak.net or at mixmasters.com.au)
