weird problem..

hey guys...really serious issue here.

I have a bunch of items here on the site that a .1, .2., .3 lbs. When I customer orders UNDER .5 pounds, it will calculate the USPS shipping rate of first class and the customer can check out. if it is over .5 it will not let them check out.

but,
I have an item .625 and it will let them check out.


" Your available shipping options have changed. Please re-select your desired shipping method."

And there is no method showing at all and the customer can not proceed. Please help.

Just an update...I uninstalled the module and reinstalled the same module (usps module) and it is now working. Could have this been a corrupted module?

I am assuming you are using the USPS March 7, 2014 K3 version, correct?

That could have been all it was and the REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure fixed things ...
