Force shipping - If zc cant calculate shipping, it doesnt charge for shipping

Hello,
If there is any issue with calculating shipping, when a customer goes straight to paypal without an account there is NO charge for shipping. If I go through Go to Checkout as a logged in customer, there is no issue, shipping is added.
I cant ship for free ;)
Still in the beginning stages of setup :)
Any ideas?
I did a search for 'force shipping' in the forums to no avail.

If the customer goes straight to Paypal without creating an account on your site, Zencart has no way of knowing what the shipping charge should be without an address. When he is returned to your site after giving Paypal his address, shipping will be added.

Oh so simple! I never went that far, past signing into paypal. I am going through zencart ebook 2nd edition and didnt find that part yet... lol Thank you for your help. I didnt realize it went to paypal then back to my website, they final payment on paypal :)
