How do I add navigation bar on the most top of my page?

Hi all,

I need some advise on how do I add a navigation bar like on top of this page where fb connect, settings and log out located? And how do I set the colour of the bar? I check on the ez pages header is already turn on but maybe its refer to the top menu bar (like in this page where Home Forum Plugins located).

You can add your html to the top of the includes/templates/override/common/tpl_header.php file. You can add your styles to the stylesheet.css file.
