I enabled the debug to logs, then tried to ship to Canada. The store won't let me continue with an order.

I believe the issue is because this item is marked as 'yes, always free shipping'. It's a service product so there's nothing to ship. However my free shipping module only has the US as it's zone. How do I add other zones, one for international sales?

Also I don't know where to find the debug log to send to you.
