Trouble accessing admin

Today I pressed the rest admin log button and since then have been unable to access any admin pages, the /admin_activity.php page did not render and has left me with a blank webpage this has also disabled me from logging into admin on another webpage, any help as what to do now would be greatly appreciated.

the admin index page is also not now rendering which is what is preventing me from signing in .

Is there a way of resetting this its seems as though ZC is stuck in muddle

A blank page implies that there's a debug-log file containing the details of the issue; look in your /logs folder (since you're running ZC 1.5.1) for files that are named myDEBUG*.log ...

I am pleased to say I have admin back

I have also reloaded this file /includes/modules/additional_images.php from the original base file set.

Perhaps now I have this Admin dilemma over you could help me with the reason I started work on the site today which was to remove the ultimate SEO URL plugin.
I have now uninstalled this mod, have deleted all new files and returned affected files back to the original base files, everything is working fine as far as I am aware if i enter the site on any of the old URLs for the SEO plugin you still land on that page no problems but the canonical is now back to the original ZENCART URL Format.

Would you be so kind to check the header on a few pages and see if there is anything wrong and check that the URLs from the add to cart buttons on the side boxes are ok.

I was doing allot of research on here about using URL re writers and since I was having problems with crawl errors also I though it best to get rid of the URL re writer all together.

On thing that someone on google webmasters forum did say is that every page is redirecting to the home page first is this correct in my case?

Looks OK. I can navigate to the top-header EZpages, add-to-cart, add-multiple-to-cart.
