To confirm, the page works, but it is desired to have it say/show a different uri?
Before installing the above suggested code, was there already a uri rewriter installed? Did it get removed as part of the process? I don't recall that the uri provided as a "problem" is a ZC standard URI.

I would revert to the files that you had before installing the most recent, then work to try to uninstall the older or if you can identify what the older program is, then perhaps some assistance can be given to make it work the way you want. At the moment, all we know is that you installed simple-seo-urls and have/had some other uri rewriter installed (unless it was the same program). Typically two uri rewriters can not be installed together even if one is off, because there is a stron possibility of conflicting action(s)/variables.
