i want add EMPTY Function for Required Fields in new product

mean i i forgot to fill any field it will be a pop up menu like (all field are required ) new product page

So would treat similar to when adding a product to the cart as far as messaging. Would think that the check(s) would either be in the header for the update_info file or in the file itself, and if the required fields do not contain what is desired that the collect_info page be loaded againand the pages reset to continue moving forward again once the right data is received.
