Assuming this is a continuation of your other thread, probably includes/modules/pages/shopping_cart/header_php.php. I used the Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for cart_quantity. Try that and compare the list of files it returns to the ones you edited as a part of the External Images mod.
