We have PayPal Express set up on a number of ZenCarts which are working fine with the exception of www.irishteatowels.com
Customers report when they try to pay by PayPal they are stuck in a continuous loop. We suggest they pay using Nochex instead and this works without difficulty.
Any ideas what is wrong ? We are using the same PayPal settings that work on our other sites.

If they use a Zip code which does not match the city, then PayPal kicks them back to your site without warning.
The other issue we see on V1.3.9h and older is when international customer enter special characters in the checkout fields. This causes the page to crash.
