Migration from OpenCart

Does anyone have experience migrating from OpenCart? I have inherited a site that the last developer built in OpenCart. I just need to write a script to transfer products, categories, manufacturers, and customers. I'm fairly well versed in SQL and I let navicat do most of my heavy lifting, but if anyone has already done this, a walkthrough or script would be great!

Not familiar with the db structure of open cart that being said using navicat to import data into the ZenCart structure where it exists can be done...

Where it does not exist or is different one would have to add it from the admin
