I have a customer that created an order but for some reason it failed to post during PayPal checkout. I received the payment but no order or order details. How can I recreate or fix this without going back to the customer?

Specifically what PP plugin you have activated
What version of ZenCart and so on

Also, what Paypal module ? If you're using Paypal IPN (Standard), switch to Express and at least that won't happen again.

Clean install, no upgrades from previous version
Using Super Orders 4.0.9 Plugin
PayPal Express
PHP Version: 5.2.17 (Zend: 2.2.0)
Database: MySQL 5.0.50-log
At this point I can only assume that the customer has done something to cause the failure but I just don't know for sure, It just happened for the 2nd time. I received the PayPal payment but no order in the database.
In your payment module admin screen activate logging
Then when it happens you have a log of the occurrence
