URGENT advice needed - is this possible?

Hi

Need to know if the following is possible by tomorrow ....

One log in address - when the customer logs in it shows them a list of different addresses which they then select from. Each of these addresses will then have a different budget.

I know you can set different budgets for different accounts (store credit add on module) but can this be done with one log in?

If not, does anyone know of an ecommerce package that would enable this to be done?

I really don't want to have a separate account for each address.
