Help with page layout please

I have an annoying situation.... I need to get the 'Ask a Question' icon on the same line as 'Add To Cart'

I have tried messing with the PHP but to no avail. (product_info_display)

Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Something like: #askQuestion {width: 200px; margin: -10em 0 0 0;}

Adjust the -10em as needed.
