BEST WAY shipping

We did not select anything regarding BEST WAY for a possible shipping method, but it appears in the pop-up SHIPPING ESTIMATOR, and people are selecting it because it shows a very low cost, which nobody can meet.

How do we eliminate this BEST WAY as a selection??

Which ones do you really want to be using?

Running v.1.5.1

We have enabled FedEx Webservices, Per Item, Per Unit, Store Pickup, UPS and Zone Rate in the shipping module. There isn't any "BEST WAY" to even select in the module, but it appears in the SHIPPING ESTIMATOR on line.

These combinations do not make a lot of sense but perhaps you could expand on your shipping ...

FedEx uses weight to determine shipping from Real Time quotes from FedEx ..

UPS uses weight to determine shipping from Real Time quotes from UPS ...

Per Item item uses the count of items to determine the cost based on your rate ... (there is a define for the Best Way on this modules language file)

Per Unit perweightunit uses the weight on a Product times the quantity times your rate ... (there is a define for the Best Way on this modules language file)

Zone Rate zones uses either the Count, Weight or Price in combination with your settings to build shipping costs ...

Together, these shipping methods do not all work together as friends as they are calculating the shipping based on different criteria ...

What is the instances when you want to use each of these shipping methods? Are you using Zone Definitions? Custom Code? Or what to manage when to use each of these, in order to have such a diverse combination of shipping calculations work together?

Thanks for the suggestion to delete some of the selected items. We did that, and left only the FedEx and UPS options active, and that did indeed resolve the problem.
