Customer Discount - Per Item

Good Afternoon,

I've installed ZenCart 1.5.1 and I've been using the Group Discount option to assign customers a wholesale price...

However we have now made certain changes in-house where we need an option to overwrite the 'base line discount', so within the customers account I could click 'add new discount' and it would appear with a product model and the discount in percentage that should be applied.

The front end of the website would then if the customers account is set get the products specific discount over the grouped discount.

Are there any modules available for this??

If not could you point me in the direction for someone to develop it.
