    Default Multiple Product pictures

Just setup Zen Cart for my business and have one more thing to figure out...
Using Monster Template with Zen Cart http://roadfoxbicycles.com/Store

Everything works well but I am trying to add multiple photos in the products. I've read so many tutorials and really believe that I have done everything correct. Main picture is named CLP.jpg... added to the Main Directory... then added CLP_01.jpg and CLP_02.jpg also in the Main Directory.

I also checked the configuration setting and it shows 3 additional photos allowed. Multiple Pictures not showing up under the CLPR Bike Product.

Does any one have any other things i can look at?

    Any help very much appreciated

You have additional images enabled in Admin - Catalog - Product Types - Edit Layout ?

Review of the source code from the web page it appears that there is some sort of code to go try to display additional images; however, it would seem that the section of code is not doing what is expected. If you look for either of the below two "comments" then might be able to track down the problem. There's no error messages in the logs folder related to this is there?

You can use the image handle to do this.

Perhaps in a round about way it would resolve the issue, but not by original design.

Explanation:image handler offers means to show images at specific sizes smaller or equal to the size of the uploaded photo. As part of that additional images are included.and the associated code has to be "updated" to work with the handler. I can't recallif it would "restore" the additional image code or not, but it may inadvertently resolve the problem. I'm not at a computer to verify that and I think there are a few other code parts that may need resolving first.

Additional images should work by default. What happens when you switch temporarily back to the Classic template ?

It is not entirely accurate to state that Image Handler "show images at specific sizes smaller or equal to the size of the uploaded photo" it will create the optimized small, medium and large images Zen Cart uses at various points in the store (product listings, product info). It serves those images up from this image cache. The size of the images is based on the admin image settings AND therefore only requires that the shopowner upload the largest image in order to allow Image Handler to do the job of resizing the images according to thier image settings for the small medium and large images..

As a BONUS, if you use the Image Handler admin tool to upload your additional images, Image Handler will manage the proper naming of the additional product images. The DISPLAY of those images is NOT modified by Image Handler. Which is why I always say that Image Handler works WITH the default image behavior..

    Hello

I am having kind of the same problem where the additional images are not showing.

zencart 1.51 with image handler 1.4

I have checked the admin settings, checked the product type settings, checked the links to the bmz_cache, made sure all IH files are in place, checked the product template file - but no joy. From what I can see this is all in place. I can add additional images no problem - but they just don't display on the page.

    http://www.worklinesafety.co.uk/ear-...pw50-p-61.html

I am obviously missing something stupid and I am totally stuck - have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling image handler (also tried the default classic template as well - but no joy)

Any help or pointers would be very much appreciated.
