Okay first let me say that the pure_blue template is coming from the site 12leaves. Couple of questions:
1) What other options are in the selection for templates?
2) But on to the more curious question, did you ever at one point download and install the pure blue template? Or did you merge the code with an existing template? Better yet, by going to includes/templates/... What is in that folder which will include a folder called classic and template_default.

You have me very curious on what is going on. I checked your site in google cache and the view source is showing that it was pulling all info out of the "pure_blue" template. However, it is odd that none of the 5 selections make reference to "pure_blue".
I am not familiar with 12leaves and their templates as how they do their coding. But try going to the developer toolkit and in the bottom search box search for "pure_blue" without quotes. Check both css and php files and does anything show in the results?

i have already uploaded template pure_blue a couple times, it wont show in admin
