Easy Populate Problem

I am not sure what I did but could use a little help / advice.

I had about 700+ products in my shop and about 7000 more to put on. I spent 2 days copying/pasting/arranging my suppliers CSV files into a master csv for use with easy populate.

When I finally finished, I went back into my zen cart, deleted all the categories I had already made and uploaded the CSV through easy populate.

Now, in my admin section, I see everything correctly. All the categories, sub categories and items in each category are correct.

However, when I go to my shop, even though all the categories are listed in the menu correctly, if I try to go to any of them, I get a page not found error. None of the links work.

I have, for example, Books & Journals as a main category with about 10 sub-cat's in it.

On my menu, I see Books & Journals, and all the sub-cat's, but if I click it, it goes to: 5/all-amulets-talismans, not to Books & Journals.

They are all like this, wrong name on each link.

Any idea what could have happened? I have my CSV set up correctly with category 1 for main, 2 for sub, 3 for sub-sub ...etc, so they should have shown up correctly!
