I have 1 manufacturer that wants log in for pricing, not the whole site.

I don't recall which plugin(s) offer that type of option, but there is t least one that will allow some products to have their price displayed only on login while the others are not affected. Please review the plugins listing. Maybe someone else will know it and help sooner.

But bear in mind that you may get another manufacturer requesting the same in which case CSAR is the mod to use.
