This is an easy one, just follow these steps:
1. create a full backup of your site
2. transfer your site to a decent host (if you're with GoDaddy, well, you can't make a mistake - any other host is considered as upgrade)
3. forget you ever heard about GoDaddy
4. spread the word

OK, now for real - GoDaddy is well known for their weird (probably an understatement of the month) server configuration and is usually best to avoid them for any kind of hosting.
