Hi,

Have spent countless hours searching for a solution to this problem. Apologies in advance if I'm posting this in the wrong place (mods: please relocate if need be)

This is what I have done so far in attempting to upgrade from 1.3.9h to 1.5.1


Backed everything up, all site fites via ftp, and db via myphpadmin

I did something wrong so want to roll back to the 1.3.9h that we had working last week.

Database has been successfully restored by my hosting company.

Deleted all site files from webhosting server using FileZilla.

Re-uploaded all of my site files from my unedited backup. and now where we should be seeing the front page for the shop I am just seeing a white blank page.

Guessing it's something to do with a config issue? But I am at a loss.... Hoping DrByte will have some info on this...
