Special orders

Ok, I am looking for a couple mods. That does the following:

1) I want certain Item(s) on special order.

For an example I would like to have a button say special order then they have to contact us to place the special order.

and other items they can do a normal add to cart button.


Another example:

I am selling Windows 7 Operating System for this amount this is a special order.
I want that button will say "Call to order" this won't let the customer add this to the cart.

I also selling a "Indian Figurine" I want the customer will able add that to the cart and charge a shipping freight. I will have a special section called "Misc." for my nick nacks stuff.

Does anyone have a suggestion I can do this?

For (1), you could set the product's configuration (Catalog->Categories/Products) for "Product is Call for Price" to true.

Is there a possibility in the product info it has this:

0 Units in Stock

is it possible to change that to Special Order Only?
