Ok I have logged in and it looks like everything is still there (its listed anyway) I can't seem to be able to back-up as shown in the support, can I give you the login DrByte? I feel terrible that I seem so lost but this is so out of my comfort zone!

Really, your hosting company should be able to guide you completely for finding the tools they provide for managing your databases and your files.
