need help with buttons on mobile devices

Hello. I know with this issue is better to ask the template developer, however he don't seem to be able to understand the issue. I am hoping there is some generic answer can be obtained on this for at least where to look for the error. I purchased a template via themeforest. everything is working all right. however when customer logging in (and site is using https) by using android device and chrome browser he is unable to select shipping methods, or payment methods to complete the transaction, select buttons are not active. If i don't use https everything works normal. I cant find where is the problem, because on mobile device i don't have "inspect element" on chrome. Is this a known issue with responsive templates?

No, this is not an issue with all responsive templates, just with your particular template.
