Problem with Ultimate SEO URLs

Hello sir,
we are facing lot of 403 errors in our website.
website: http://www.heartdeeds.com/

Example 403 error: http://www.heartdeeds.com/.html?from...ry=p-4to34~p-4

we getting error only in price range options.

why it happening due to the htaccess file or problem with Ultimate SEO URLs.

I have not encountered the issue you are experiencing (with Ultimate SEO URLs)... I am also unsure what modifications have been made to your store (to add "to_price" and "from_price"). The current version of Zen Cart uses "pfrom" and "pto" (for price based searches).

Thus why we need alot more information before we can make any educated guesses as to the cause in your store.

this seems to be a problem with the htaccess file you are using, i prefer to use cEON urls because they have a big help document which helps you configure the htaccess file

This has little to nothing to do with the .htaccess file changes introduced by Ultimate SEO URLs. As for the comment about no "manual" for the .htaccess file... The reason Ultimate SEO URLs includes minimal instructions for the .htaccess file is only minimal changes are necessary (basically updating ONE line).

I suspect the issue reported is caused by a version conflicts, a 3rd party module, or something not quite installed correctly. Why? Take a look at the URL posted by the OP. Thus the list of questions asking for more information (not yet answered by the OP).

The OP may also wish to use the official support thread for Ultimate URLs 2.200+ if they are using an up to date version. The support thread includes valuable information (so is worth reading / skimming) and is tracked by users of Ultimate URLs and the plugin maintainer. When posting (either place) I strongly recommend the OP answer the questions asked.

While logged into the admin panel, in the top right corner is a link title version. In the screen that is displayed the ZC version and database version are both displayed. That is one piece of many requested above.
