Are you on the USPS Production Server? USPS is currently changing their Test Server for their next updates testing ...
If you check your version of USPS on the server, what comes up?
Go to your Zen Cart Admin and go to Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...
In the bottom input box enter:
usps.php
Then, select Catalog ... click SEARCH ...
What are the paths to any files that are found and the versions lines that start with:
* @version $Id: usps.php

Module Version: usps.php 2014-03-07 ajeh Version K3
When setting up the module, I chose production server. Do I need to edit usps.php with the urls emailed to me? Nothing of this was mentioned in the instructions, but there is a discrepancy.
What discrepancy are you seeing?
What is your shipping weight?
What is the Ship From?
What is the Ship To?
What shipping methods have you selected on the USPS shipping module to get quotes on?

Could you go to Modules ... Shipping ... and edit the USPS and turn on the Debug to Logs ...
The try a few quotes ...
Next, Zip the Shipping debug logs that are created in /logs directory and attach them to your post ...

Debug Logs attached:
Could you go to Modules ... Shipping ... and save your USPS settings to NotePad and then do a:
REMOVE
INSTALL
Re-configure
Again, set the Debug to Logs ...
What shipping methods are you checking off at the bottom?
I did not see any methods selected in your Shipping Logs ...
I also see in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... that you have the Tare Rates set ... this is adding weight to your order, try setting those to 0:0 ...
You also have the Maximum Weight set to 0 ... This is causing issues, change the Maximum Weight to 50 ...

This has been resolved. I had not reviewed the max shipping weight <Configuration - Shipping/Packaging> before starting this thread. I believe this was creating the problem <Max = 0>. Why would it have been set to a default of zero in the first place?
Thanks for the help!
