Easy Populate Help

Not sure if this is the correct place. Looking to hire a Zen Cart programmer.

I am in the process of creating a adult website / shopping cart that will utilize Zen Cart. I have seen a program called Easy Populate to add an XML file(s) to populate inventory, but doesn't look easy for me. Anyway, you can use this or anything you think would be able to populate using the below XML files

That's all i am looking for someone to do.
The files are:
