Hello,

I am very new to this and i would like to know, is there any way in which a user could buy a product, and then when payment is secure, an email is sent to the customer with a product code that is generated from a list of codes for that product? I know its a frequently asked question, but i don't understand the technical jargon, i just need it simplifying so i can do it myself.

Perhaps you could provide a link to where all the technical jargon is so that it could be translated for you,otherwise answers will have to come from scratch... :)

Is there a way within Zen to sell software licences?

an example would be i have 10 licences for product A. I should be able to put product A into ZC with a stock level of 10, and each purchase would allow the buyer to be emailed their (unique) licence. Obviously two purchasers would not get the same licence. is there any way to do this? please help

There are similar threads at the bottom of this page - just scroll down and you may find what you are looking for. One of those threads goes back to 2006 so this is not a new undertaking.
