Numinix Return Authorization Module.

I need some help with this module. I have installed and for some strange and unknown reason the sql upload has loaded the main database information to my Site Maintenance page and NOT the Return Authorization page. When I added the Uploaded the updaed sql for the site it shows my Returns Authorization page for configuration but nothing to configure as that portion of the install is on Maintenance page where it does allow me to set conditions.

How do i remove this from Maintenance Page and put it back where it should be on Return Authorization? I have tried uninstalling the sql but that doesn't do anything.
