Advanced Shipper (Ceon version) - Sort order or default option?

Hi,

Have had this wonderful mod installed on ZC 1.3.9h for a while now, but after adding a new 'free/collect' delivery option I need to work out how to arrange the sort order at checkout - or how to make one option the default one.

Currently checkout shows the options in the order they were added i.e.
R/Mail 1st class post (this is the first option and the one ticked as default)
R/Mail 1st class recorded
Next Working Day

The new free delivery option shows at the top of this list and is now marked as the default one. I am concerned that some customers will not read the option properly and assume this is our basic shipping method - they could then be waiting on the order being posted whilst we are waiting on them collecting it. I will be emailing customers confirming collection details etc but don't want to end up having to refund lots of orders that were placed in error. Is there a way to mark R/Mail 1st class as the default option (even if the free collection option shows up at the top of the list), or to make it show in a set order (with the free collection option at the bottom)??

Hi!

Why not have the free/collect delivery option as a separate shipping module? This will also separate it from the other options (and if we're lucky it won't be the default one :)). I just tried this and Zen Cart's built in "Store Pickup" shipping module seems to work fine together with advanced shipper.

Either way, I'm also curious on how to set the default shipping method within advanced shipper. I searched and found a little info in this thread about it :

Yeah I think there actually is the answer in that thread if you can get past the hash-tag/pound symbols that were added as a result of copying "code" to within new code blocks... Effectively would want to skip over the selected option the same way that it skips over the store pickup option.
