USPS and I are running through a couple issues before they have the final changes on the Test Server.

I will try to have something out for testing on the USPS Test Server next week ...

This is for use ONLY on the USPS Test Server and not for the Production Server, prior to USPS activating new changes on their Production Server.

DO NOT USE ON Live Sites, prior to USPS activating their changes on September 7, 2014
