How do I find what version I am using?

I found the answer, 1.5.1

you can see it in the admin on the top right of the screen!

And you can also view the file includes/version.php.

And also can see more information from selecting the word version in the top right of the aadmin screen, which will identify both the software and database version (identified by ZC) as well as a wealth of other information about the setup of the server.
