How can i draw a line in the contentMainWrapper ?

The top border is located to high, i want the "border" lower so it is located over the border-bottom of the lang_header.

You could draw in a horizontal line in the html - <hr>

Just make sure to properly self-close the tag (<hr />) so that you generate proper HTML.
