favicon

Hi

I would like to put in a favicon.. an anyone tell me which directory I should put it into? currently its just sitting in the root directory, but dosent work from there.

It goes into the root. When you say it doesn't work, what exactly do you mean? Is the file damaged?

It can take a few days for some browsers to pick it up. Be patient and it'll happen assuming you've created it correctly.

I have put the favicon in my root file and still nothing has happened. When I look at the source code of the loaded shop favicon is not being called. DTK finds;

do you mean at eshop . edencraftsupplies . co . uk? If you do, I see a favicon there just fine in the tab of my browser. looks like a minature blue,red, yellow paint splotch like you use for a logo

So why when can I not get it? Have have done a cache wipe
