I just hooked up standard payment with Pay Pal. I put a test product in for $1.00 and it went through and connected to pay-pal but I got this Error Message We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. Return to merchant and try a different payment method.

Is this a pay-pal problem or is it possible I set something up wrong

Thanks for any help in what direction I should go..

Are you trying to send money to yourself using an unverified CC perhaps?
